These terms govern use of the entrenador.io website and the Entrenador platform (digital SaaS service).
Service delivery
The service is digital only. After successful payment, access is provided immediately at https://app.entrenador.io. There is no physical shipment.
Subscription cancellation
You may cancel before the next renewal from account settings or by contacting support@entrenador.io / (+30) 693 4272937.
Returns / withdrawal
Refund requests are assessed under applicable law. Where the digital service starts immediately after payment with your consent, withdrawal rights may be limited. Contact support@entrenador.io.
